Copyright Policy
Upon purchase the Creator does hereby sell, assign, and transfer to the Client, its successors, and assigns the entire right, title and interest in and to the copyright in the Work. Upon the execution of this Agreement, the Client grants to the Creator a limited license to use the Work(s) in his or her portfolio, for marketing purposes only.
So what does this actually mean...
The purchaser will actually own the full rights to the recipe and to the photographs. The purchaser is entitled to post, pin, share or resell (although I hope you don't) without penalty or kickbacks.
And because our Purchasers are the best in the whole wide world, they agree to let me brag about the photos in my portfolio or my social media pages so long as I am not reselling them.
